• Deliver exceptional grooming services tailored to each client every time.

• Building and maintain a loyal clientele base.

• Arriving to work prepared and on time for the scheduled day ahead.

• Upsell services and promote retail products.

• Maintain a tidy workspace and a clean, professional, and luxurious barbershop aesthetic.

• Answer phone calls and assisting with appointment scheduling.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury salon and/or men’s grooming.

• A valid Barber, Cosmetologist, or Master Hair Care license in good standing with the stage of South Carolina.

• Strong customer service skills, sharp time management, and exceptional communication skills.

• Must be reliable, professional, and team-oriented.

• A motivated mindset with a focus on personal growth and client retention.

• Resume with at least two professional references is required - this is non negotiable.
